• Book suggested, unless can’t afford book.
• Bring book, borrow from work, buy in class.
• 2 year HSI eCard sent to your employer.
• Late must reschedule. Doors open 5-10 till.
• Read confirmation eMail thoroughly.
• Reschedule/cancel 48 hrs to start time. Refund ok less fee.
• Reschedule after prior reschedule. No refund if canceling.
• Reschedule after No Call-No Show. No refund if canceling.
• Reschedule after late. No refund if canceling. Arrive early!
